Accommodation is limited to 4 people.

Cancellations and refunds: cancellations may be made up to 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (120 days notice for reservations which include the Holiday dates). Deposits will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee plus PayPal service charge. If your reservation includes the Holiday dates, there is a $200 cancellation fee plus PayPal service charge. If, less than 90 days written notice is given, payment will be forfeited unless we can re-book for the rental period. In the event of re-booking, payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee. There are no refunds for early departure.
